DANCE

DANCE
Is a movement of the body in a rhythmic way, usually to music and within a given space, for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking delight in the movement itself.

GYMNASTICS
Is a self motivating activity where one can manipulate the different parts of the body into a varied position or movements.

WELLNESS
Is a dynamic process in which an individual becomes aware of and make choices toward a more balanced and healthy lifestyles.

PHYSICAL FITNESS
Is the ability of an individual to perform daily tasks without undue fatigue, reduce the risks of health problems and with an extra energy in case of emergency.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Is an integral part of educational program design to promotes the optimum development of an individual physically, mentally, emotionally and socially through a total body movements in the performance of properly selected physical activities.
