PHYSICAL EDUCATION
    Is an integral part of educational program designed to promotes the optimum development of an individual physically, mentally, emotionally and socially through a total body movements in the performance of properly selected physical activities.


PHYSICAL FITNESS
   Is the ability of an individual to perform daily tasks without undue fatigue, reduce the risks of health problems and with an extra energy in case of emergency.


WELLNESS
    Is a dynamic process in which an individual becomes aware of, and makes choices toward a more balance and healthy lifestyles.


GYMNASTICS
    Is a self motivating activity where one can manipulate the different parts of the body into a varied positions or movements.
